United We Stand


In our study of Scripture, have we ever noticed one word that seems paramount in the heart of God, it can be found in verses which reveals unto us God's eternal plan;

"...to bring unity to all things in heaven and on earth under Christ." - Eph 1:10
":until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God..." - Eph. 4:13

 Yes…. It’s Unity

God doesn't just desire to build a church in the name of a church, but a united church; in fact a gathering of un-united hearts cannot stand.

"Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken." - Ecc. 4:12

It is the heart cry of God to the church today that we be united, because without it, there won't be progress. Also checking through scriptures, we see how much God respects the power of unity

"For where two or three are gathered together in my name, there am I in the midst of them" - Matt. 18:20

 Notice the word 'together' after the gather,
Gathering is just to bring things closer to each other, but together means to bring into a relationship, that is the thing in a gathering of sons that can bring down the manifest presence of God, for he clearly told us that.

So, we all as a church, let's forget our individual differences, and move in unity unto the body that Christ came to establish.

MUSTARD SEED FAITH

'You are Worthless?'

Has there ever been a time when you felt worthless, useless and you just felt that no one perceived you as valuable in life? Well, I can assume that everyone of us have had our fair share in that feeling, because I have, many times. But what is God's view about us feeling this way? Let's look into the Scriptures.
